Whitney Ward has been working in real estate investment since 2016. She dedicates her time to sourcing & capitalizing middle-market transactions, corporate governance & compliance, and overseeing project due diligence and execution. As a commercial real estate principal broker, Whitney brings significant knowledge of all aspects of the real estate investment cycle, with a specialization in commercial multifamily, single-family, and retail transactions. Whitney founded CRE-Endeavors to provide solutions for small and middle-market transactions in their efforts to positively impact communities. She has been a featured guest on several real estate podcasts and hosts the CRE-Endeavors Webinar Series, which is focused on providing resources and insights into commercial real estate investment strategies and best practices. Whitney currently serves on the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee and the GAR Housing Opportunity Committee.
Before real estate, Whitney worked in corporate sales, management, and marketing roles with Enterprise Holdings and Coca-Cola Bottling Companies, where she was responsible for revenue growth, product positioning, strategic planning, and business development. Whitney is a graduate of George Mason University, where she earned a B. A in Communications, and played Division I Women's Basketball for the Patriots.
