Jon Nixon
Investment Committee Advisor

Jon Nixon serves as an Investment Committee Advisor to the CRE-Endeavors Funds, where he helps mitigate operational performance risk by assessing the asset and property management strategy of the business plan for the proposed investment.  With Jon’s experience as Chief Operating Officer at First Communities, an experienced third-party property management company that has managed over 250,000 units and 1,200 apartment communities throughout the country, he brings extensive knowledge in multifamily operations in class A, B, C, new development, and mixed-use communities.

Jon joined First Communities in 2011. During his time at First Communities, Jon has led a number of internal operational improvement initiatives and is responsible for overall Business Development strategy and new client acquisition. Prior to First Communities, Jon worked as a Broker for Grubb & Ellis and consultant for Thomson Reuters. He has also earned a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University.
