Becca Graydon
Director of Construction & Development

Becca Graydon is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Georgia and oversees and advises on the development, construction, and renovation strategies for investments identified by the CRE-Endeavors funds and for third-party projects for clients of the firm. 

Ms. Graydon is the President of BCG Partners, a General Contracting Company licensed in Georgia, and a leader and innovator in the Atlanta construction and real estate market.  Her projects grace the local Atlanta skyline as well as nationwide in locations such as Phoenix, AZ, Reno, NV and Columbia, SC.   Throughout her career, Becca has worked on all types of construction projects including commercial, retail, mid- and high-rise residential communities, but has found her home in multifamily construction with a specific focus on high-density housing projects.  Becca has successfully delivered more than 2,000 units and over 3,500 beds across the country valued at more than $450MM.
